Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notice.

Your counter-notice should include:

  • Identification of the content that was removed and its original location on our site
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your area
  • Your physical or electronic signature

What Happens After You File

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will review it promptly. If the claim is legitimate, we’ll remove or disable access to the content in question as quickly as possible. We aim to act on all valid requests within 48 to 72 hours on business days.
